- Orders recieved before noon will be dispatched next working day where possible and we use First Class Royal Mail (except large orders over 1kg which will be sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel). We offer FREE delivery on orders over £40 to the UK mainland only which is a 3-5 day delivery service.

- We only take information that we require to process your order and help us to improve how customers navigate around the site. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are confident that you won’t need to return your item but will be happy to refund or replace any missing or faulty goods immediately. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with any missing or faulty claim.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, we will not refund postage and packaging costs.
Fancy dress costumes are supplied by an external supplier and returns will only be accepted if the costume is faulty, not if they do not fit. Please see our sizing chart before purchasing. - International Delivery
- We use Royal Mail for our International delivery and have occassionally found it may take up to 14 days to arrive. Please make sure you bear this in mind to make sure it has time to arrive for your party.
- What if I don't have a Paypal Account?
- We use Paypal as our credit card transaction providers aswell as providing payments for people who have Paypal accounts, you will not be setting up a Paypal account if you use their credit card facility. If you still have problems with Paypal (maybe because you set up an account years ago and its not letting you continue without logging in) please contact us and we will accept a cheque (and your order will be sent when funds are cleared).
To buy from us without having a Paypal account:
- When you've selected your products and 'checked out' you will be taken to Paypal where you can choose the option 'Don't have a paypal account'
- When you click on this it takes you to a normal credit card payment option where you fill in your details as normal.
