What about delivery?

Orders recieved before noon will be dispatched next working day where possible and we use First Class Royal Mail (except large orders which will be sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel).

What about returns?

We are confident that you won’t need to return your item but will be happy to refund or replace any missing or faulty goods immediately. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with any missing or faulty claim.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, we will not refund postage and packaging costs.

Fancy dress costumes are supplied by an external supplier and returns will only be accepted if the costume is faulty, not if they do not fit. Sizing charts are available.

International delivery?

We use Royal Mail for our International delivery and have occassionally found it may take up to 14 days to arrive. Please make sure you bear this in mind to make sure it has time to arrive for your party.

Do you sell to trade?

We sell our Treasure Hunts to trade, so if you are a party retailer or similar you can add our fabulous treasure hunts to your shop! Games and invitiations are sold in packs of 6. See our Trade page.
